
- Created a new responsive e-newsletter template and redesigned automated emails with Partnerships Manager to improve customer retention (iContact and Salesforce).
- Managed photography & video at Greenfleet’s Plenty Gorge event, directed talent and shot set-up for filming, photographer liaison, and art direction.
- Visual assets were used for the launch of the new “Carbon Cover 365” product.
- Filming additional video for social media.
- Created new website artwork for the EOFY fundraising campaign, a major website re-development and banners/graphics for email marketing.
- Redesign of the online donation form & landing page, achieving increased traffic, an enhanced conversion rate and optimisation for mobile devices. The new form/page was designed to be cloned/edited and reused for the next fundraising appeal (Christmas or EOFY) or crowdfunding campaign.
